Each 50 gram chocolate bar contains 3 grams of Altar Mushroom Blend, divided into 15 pieces, making each piece dosed at 200mg. This makes them an ideal choice for both micro-dosing & macro-dosing, depending on your need.

Hi there! I tried one of your chocolate bars on the weekend (the matcha white chocolate bar with gold flecks), and wanted to provide a review! First and foremost, I’ve tried mushrooms before and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible taste. Second, the dosing was easy to get right and ease into over time to find the right vibe. Lastly, as someone who struggles with anxiety and depression on the daily, the calming and relaxing therapeutic benefits were one of the best parts. I love your white chocolate selections and this one has got to be my favorite, it tastes delicious and is great for both spending time with others and connecting, and also working through my stress and anxiety in a comfortable way. One piece is the perfect amount for me personally, so this lasts me a decent while too! Definitly recommend this to anyone who likes matcha, it's quality flavour is a great balance between earthy and sweet, especially with the mushrooms!
